Positions Available

Due to high levels of Sales, Indigo Residential are looking to increase their Sales Team in the Luton and surrounding areas.

Indigo strive to offer the highest levels of Service to our Customers, and will only employ staff who we regard will be the best Estate Agents.

Training will be provided by Indigo's most experienced and proven performers.

Due to continued expansion we currently have the following positions available:

FULL TIME:

Sales progressor

Urgently required due to recent company expansion and the opening of our new Stopsley branch we have a vacancy for an experienced Sales progressor.

Experience is essential with a proven track record in this line of work.

Sales Negotiator x 3

Due to high sales levels Indigo Residential now have vacancies for 2 negotiators at our North Luton branches, as well as one vacancy for a negotiator at our newly opened Stopsley branch (November 2010).

These positions require people who are highly motivated, target-driven, articulate, well-presented and able to work on their own initiative.

The company offers a very competitive and well incentivised salary package to include a basic salary, commission and petrol expenses.

The candidates should live local to the area or have some local area knowledge. A full driving licence is essential. The ideal applicant must be willing to work some weekends.

Lettings Negotiator

A vacancy has arisen for a lettings negotiator in our three branches. The position requires a person who is highly motivated, target-driven, articulate, well presented and able to work on their own initiative.

The company offers a very competitive remuneration structure to include a basic salary and commission package. If targets are met, additional bonuses are awarded. The candidate must have some experience of the property industry and should live local to the area or have some local area knowledge. A full driving licence is essential.
