Who are we?
Indigo Financial Services was founded by Robert Simpson who has many years' experience within the Estate Agency and Financial Services Fields.
Why are we different?
Unlike many of our corporate competitors we are a completely INDEPENDENT, Whole of Market Mortgage Broker offering a choice of around 80 lenders and up to 25,000 different mortgage schemes. How much does it cost?
We have a FEES FREE option as well as a fee based services.
On our fees free service, the cost is usually, in a nutshell, nothing! Our fees are paid by a lender, in return for the time and work that we have saved them in processing your mortgage. On some rare occasions, usually where you need a very small mortgage, our fees may not be covered completely, in which case you would need to pay us the difference when your new mortgage completes. You will be given precise details of the amount, if this is the case, before you commit to anything.
For more complex cases, if we do need to charge a fee, we will explain it clearly to you before we undertake any chargeable work. Our fee is capped at £395. We may also be paid a fee by the lender.
We can also offer you an Independent Approach to mortgage broking. For this service, we will normally charge you 0.5% of the advance. This means that on a mortgage of £200,000, we would charge you £1,000. However we would refund any commission we receive from the lender.
We will explain these options to you in more detail, so that you can make the right decision, at the start of our first meeting.
